  • Not at all. Most clients leave a key, lockbox code or smart-lock access. We're a two-person mother-daughter team (Rosangela and Luciana), never strangers, never rotating cleaners.

  • Yes. We use eco-friendly, plant-based products specifically chosen to be safe around pets, children and people with allergies. If you have a product you prefer, we'll happily use it.

  • Yes. We bring everything: vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, eco products. You don't need to provide anything (though we'll always use your preferred laundry detergent or special-surface products if you ask).
